🌙 Valentine Pet Sitting – Overnight Care

Going away? Your pet doesn't have to leave home.
Our Overnight Pet Sitting service allows your pet to stay in their familiar environment while receiving personal care and companionship throughout the evening and morning.
What's included:
- Overnight stay in your home
- Evening and morning routine
- Feeding according to your instructions
- Fresh food and water
- Companionship
- Toilet/potty breaks
- Basic pet-area clean-up
- Daily WhatsApp update and photos
- Basic home check
Standard overnight stay: approximately 12 hours.
Before your first booking, we'll arrange a free Meet & Greet to meet you and your pets and discuss their normal routine.
📍 Service Area
Randburg, Ferndale, Blairgowrie, Northcliff, Randpark Ridge, North Riding, Northwold and selected surrounding areas.
Travel fees may apply outside our core service area.
❤️ Important
This service is intended for pets requiring normal overnight companionship and care.
Specialist, veterinary or intensive medical care is not included and must be discussed before booking. Overnight care is approximately 12 hours, not round-the-clock supervision.

Service terms
- Service dates are subject to written availability confirmation. Please provide accurate information about your pet's routine, health, temperament and any special needs before care begins.
- Please provide feeding instructions, necessary supplies, safe home access, an emergency contact and your veterinary practice's contact details.
- Care is limited to the overnight stay and tasks described here. Veterinary treatment and intensive care are not included. Any medication support must be discussed and agreed in advance.
- The owner remains responsible for veterinary and other third-party charges. If an urgent concern arises, we'll make reasonable efforts to contact you or your nominated contact and seek appropriate veterinary help.
- Extra travel, time or tasks must be agreed in advance. Cancellations, changes and refunds are subject to the store's applicable written policies.
These terms do not remove any rights or responsibilities that apply under South African law.
